What are your thoughts on this poem?

The words jolt the mere fantasy and dreams of the life we're living in and gives us a thought to reality. Really liked the theme of the poem. I'm quite sure you are an experienced person, to have such deep thoughts and the flow of words is excellent. Grammatically scores well. The poem ignites a certain emotion - perhaps reflection.
