What courses can you take in summer school for grade 11?

i want to take some summer school courses, but i don't know which to take. i was thinking maybe Math or Science.. but also English. plus.. i am in the applied stream so what would be good? Also am i able to take more than one course in summer school? because then maybe i can get another spare.
