Can Netflix stream in HD?

Hi, I just got Netflix but I'm not really satisfied with the quality i get on my laptop. Is it possible for Netflix to stream in HD if I buy one of those HD Bluray players with built in Netflix? Or maybe a TV with Netflix integrated in it?
