Granting bandwidth to streaming?
Hi, my internet speed is 512 kbps.I get good speeds of 50+Kbps while downloading but streaming speeds do not get beyond 20.Is there any way to grant bandwidth to streaming videos as the rest of 40Kbps is unused?
